Shipment of Your Order
Once youve completed the checkout, you will be recieving a confirmation email from us stating that we have recieved your order. You will recieve a subsequent email with all shipping and order information once the item(s) have been shipped.

All items in stock will usually be processed and shipped the same or following business day. In the event that the item is not in stock, it may delay your order 3-5 business days. In this case, you will either recieve an email or a sales representative will contact you.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are actually based on the weight and dimensions of the package rather than a percentage of your order. We at feel that shipping charges should be accurate and fair.

Returns & Refunds
We will refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items.  However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order if not defective. Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

  • Are in their original packaging
  • Have original manufacturer information
  • Are not used, installed, or disassembled
  • Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions

The following orders are not returnable:

  • Custom or special orders
  • Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECUs, Push Button Units, relays, boost controllers, etc)

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

Items incorrectly shipped to will not be returned. Items not purchased from will not be accepted. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Damaged Products
If your product has been damaged in shipment, please contact us and we will contact the appropriate shipper.

Incorrect Products
In the event that weve incorrectly shipped you the wrong item(s), please email or contact us as soon as possible so we could correct the order.
